Teacher Candidate Dispositions Toolkit

This toolkit is intended for EPPs to support the development of teacher candidates and inform program improvement efforts. The toolkit contains both a self-assessment for teacher candidates as well as an observational tool for EPP and district level teacher educators.

This video showcases the many features of BranchED’s Teacher Video Library, which comprises highly effective, equity focused Teachers of Color teaching content-specific lessons. Each video case consists of a 3–5-minute classroom video with evidence-based practices and supplementary materials.

BranchED seeks to support individual educator preparation programs (EPPs) and the field at large in reimagining and redefining “quality” preparation programs such that attention to issues of diversity and equity are explicit, embedded, and inextricably linked to high-quality performance.

The Resource Portal was created to support our community by providing resources such as instructional materials, online modules, podcasts, practice-based learning opportunities, research briefs, teaching video library, tool/toolkit, and webinars.
